Mersin returns guard Altan Erol

Altan Erol (194-G-83) is back to Mersin after two years. The Turkish guard penned a one-season deal with his former club. Erol spent last two seasons with Erdemir. He played 26 games in this one averaging 4.8 points and 2.6 rebounds. In 2010/11, Erol collected 7.7 ppg, 3.6 rpg and 1.6 apg for 29 games in TBL. The guard played for Mersin from 2007 to 2010. He had 5.7 ppg, 1.8 rpg and 1 apg in their last season together. He helped the club to reach Turkish Cup Finals. Before Mersin, Altan Erol played for Oyak Renault Bursa. They were D2, Group B champions in 2006 winning the promotion for TBL. This year Erol played at TBL All-Star Game.
