Turkish League, Regular Season, Game 30 The top three teams in the Turkish League all won their final games of the regular season to leave Galatasaray Medical Park, Banvit and Anadolu Efes ranked first, second and third, respectively. The quarterfinal matchups will feature Galatasaray vs Tofas, Banvit vs Aliaga Petkim, Efes vs Pinar Karsiyaka, and Besiktas Milangaz vs Fenerbahce Ulker. Galatasaray edged Aliaga Petkim 83-85 after trailing by 12 entering the fourth quarter. Jaka Lakovic and Furkan Aldemir led a brilliant comeback and Preston Shumpert scored the game winning layup before Lakovic stopped David Toolson to secure the win. Aldemir finished with 23 points on 9-of-10 shooting plus 9 rebounds and Jamon Lucas added 15 points and 6 assists. Toolson carried Petkim with 32 points on 7-for-13 three-point shooting. Banvit shined on the defensive end in topping Olin Edirne 56-72 to match Galatasaray on wins, although it remained second on a tiebreaker. Banvit took charge by limiting Edirne to 6 first-quarter points and cruised from that point. Keith Simmons and Chuck Davis led the way with 14 points apiece. Efes crushed Mersin BSB 78-106 as Sinan Guler tallied 18 points to lead six Efes scorers in double figures. Kerem Tunceri netted 16 and Kerem Gonlum had a double-double for the winning team.
